Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) grants may be used for eligible activities that prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus. Traditional infrastructure projects don't immediately come to mind as being eligible for CDBG-CV grants, however, if they meet a national objective and address the coronavirus, they would be eligible.
