We provide engineering review services to assist local planning departments with reviewing drawings, traffic studies, drainage studies, and other documents for new subdivisions to ensure conformance with local codes of ordinances, as well as other requirements. During subdivision construction, we provide on-site observations as well as final inspections to help ensure conformance with Planning Department requirements. We can also provide these services on behalf of developers to help ensure they meet all requirements.
