Paul Barcelona, ARTOVIA's President, has completed his term as 2023 Chairman of the Board for the Northshore Business Council (NBC). The mission of the NBC is to provide proactive leadership to enhance the business climate and quality of life in the Northshore region, including St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes. The organization consists of over 60 CEOs representing thousands of jobs throughout the community.
