Paul Barcelona, ARTOVIA's President, has begun his term as 2023 Chairman of the Board for the Northshore Business Council (NBC). The mission of the NBC is to provide proactive leadership to enhance the business climate and quality of life in the Northshore region, including St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes. The organization consists of over 60 CEOs representing thousands of jobs throughout the community.
"It is an honor to serve as Chairman and I am looking forward to working with the NBC Board and Membership, along with other leaders in the community, to make the Northshore region the best place to live and work," says Barcelona.
