Such qualitative efforts may include:
Outreach to generate Section 3 job applicants
Training or apprenticeship opportunities
Assistance to help Section 3 workers compete for jobs
Support with job readiness and placement services
Hosting job fairs
Outreach to Section 3 business concerns
Assistance to help businesses understand and bid on contracts
Dividing contracts to increase participation opportunities
Supporting bonding or other requirements for bidders
Use of registries to identify Section 3 workers and businesses
