Artovia's President, Paul Barcelona, appeared before the Louisiana Joint Transportation, Highway, & Public Works Committee's legislative public hearing on December 8, 2021 at the St. Tammany Parish Council Chambers.
At the hearing, he presented critical transportation projects needed throughout St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes that will improve safety, reduce congestion, promote economic development, facilitate evacuations and enhance quality of life. Mr. Barcelona would like to give special thanks to the committee members and the DOTD District 62 staff for their continued efforts and consideration.
