ARTOVIA has been selected by Jefferson Parish to provide Resident Inspection services for waterline improvements on Elizabeth Ave. (Camphor St. to Ruth St.), Ruth St. (Elise Ave. to Loraine St.), Kathleen Ave. (Loraine St. to Colony Pl.), and Parkaire Dr. (Elise Ave. to Dead End).
ARTOVIA will provide on-site observations during construction on behalf of the Engineer and Parish to help ensure the contractor's work conforms to the construction contract documents.
