ARTOVIA has been selected by Jefferson Parish to provide Resident Inspection services for a waterline replacement project along Jefferson Highway from Florida Street to Rex Drive. ARTOVIA will provide on-site observations during construction on behalf of the Engineer and Parish to help ensure the contractor's work conforms to the construction contract documents.
