ARTOVIA has been selected by Jefferson Parish to provide Resident Inspection services for construction of a waterline replacement project in the Jefferson Heights area. The project will include replacement of piping along the south side of Airline Dr. from Ridgewood Dr. to Causeway Blvd. ARTOVIA will provide on-site observations during construction on behalf of the Engineer and Parish to help ensure the contractor's work conforms to the construction contract documents.
