ARTOVIA has been selected by Jefferson Parish to provide Resident Inspection services for construction of drinking water system improvements along Shannon Lane E & W, Kendall Lane, Huntley Lane and Malvern Lane in Harahan, Louisiana. We will provide on-site observations during construction, on behalf of the Engineer and Parish, to help ensure the contractor's work conforms to the construction contract documents.
