St. Charles Parish Public Schools (SCPPS) recently selected ARTOVIA to provide Davis-Bacon Compliance services to help them ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with Davis-Bacon requirements for ESSER-funded HVAC improvements at Harry Hurst Middle School. This project will improve air quality and help reduce the spread of Covid. We are grateful to be a part of it.
