ARTOVIA Completes Davis-Bacon Certified Payroll Preparation for San Francisco National Cemetery Project

ARTOVIA recently completed certified payroll preparation services for a contractor on a federal construction project at the San Francisco National Cemetery (Presidio). Services included preparation of weekly certified payrolls and alignment of labor classifications with applicable Davis‑Bacon wage determinations to support compliance with Davis‑Bacon requirements.
