Audubon Nature Institute Woldenberg Park Improvements

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration services for Audubon Nature Institute $4.5 million CDBG-DR Katrina Woldenberg Park Riverfront Improvement Program in New Orleans, LA. Services included Section 3 compliance, Davis Bacon compliance and CDBG compliance reviews of construction documents. Program consisted of general restoration, a new splash pad fountain and wharf repairs to address damages from Hurricane Katrina and to help the tourism recovery efforts.

We are currently providing comprehensive HUD CPF grant administration and environmental services for Phase 3 Improvements at Woldenberg Riverfront Park. Surface-level upgrades include walking path improvements, landscaping, and other enhancements to make this iconic space even more welcoming and vibrant for all.
