Resident Inspection

Reducing Risk During Construction

We provide full time on-site inspection of construction projects to document progress and to determine if the contractor’s work conforms to the construction contract documents. Having full time inspection significantly reduces risk, as it helps protect owners from costly construction defects and deficiencies.

Our inspectors understand the construction documents and the importance of proper documentation. They also understand how critical of a role they play during construction and welcome the responsibility. Our inspectors have certifications from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), Army Corps of Engineers and United States Air Force.
