Paul is the founder and president of Artovia, which began operations in 2011.
He is a licensed Civil Engineer with 26 years of experience in managing capital improvement and disaster recovery programs.
He is active in professional organizations dedicated to improving quality of life, protecting public health, safety and welfare. He also believes in giving back to the community as much as possible.
